Into Fall

If I’d been thinking, I would have called this my “Short Story Summer.” Three pieces for Shadowrun and an entry at Flash Fiction Online? In as many months? That’s the most productive I’ve been for quite some time.

Alas, all good things come to an end. The third and final Roadkill story, “Dangerous Relics,” is up and available at DriveThruRPG for Shadowrun’s Holostreets program.

I’ve had a lot of fun writing for The Friend With The Truck, especially since I’ve been developing his first-person narrative voice for quite some time. He’s also helped me get back on the bicycle with publishing my own fiction. Am I done with him?

For now, a little. I need to return to the word mines where I’ve scratched at a rich vein of Roadkill Ideas. But first? There’s been a certain green glutton who’s been waiting impatiently for some time in the spotlight. And there’s no better season get back to work with Greasetrap.
